Where We Work
Mostly within rural communities in Nigeria primarily based in the Niger Delta region, South Eastern and North Central States, with offices in Port Harcourt and Abuja.
Across the globe, millions of people live in unfriendly ecosystems. EcoFDI exists to change that to create a fairer future for affected communities in its catchment area. We work with local communities to strengthen governance, promote equitable sharing of natural resources, and address gender issues. We also create awareness on sustainable resource use.
Communities across Nigeria
Niger Delta Region
Our primary area of operation. EcoFDI's headquarters are in Port Harcourt, Rivers State, and the bulk of our established programs are rooted here from community entrance facilitation in rural riverine communities to WASH interventions and capacity building workshops across Rivers, Bayelsa, Delta, and Cross River States.
South Eastern States
EcoFDI is actively expanding its footprint into the South-Eastern States, bringing our full range of eco-friendly development programs to new communities across the region.
North Central States
EcoFDI's catchment extends into the North Central States of Nigeria, where we are building new community partnerships focused on sustainable resource management and poverty reduction.
